 UPDATE 4/17/09: I just found out that Gary H. Johnson, Jr. actually wrote this essay and that Dr. Swier used his Red County account to post it on that website.

I just read a fascinating analysis of Dr. Richard M. Swier pertaining to President Barack Hussein Obama’s global agenda. For a right winger Christian Right kind of guy as my self, Swier’s analysis is not a pretty one.

Dr. Swier believes BHO is leading America into dhimmitude by embracing elements of Sharia Compliant Finance and compartmentalizing global issues to obscure the international threat to Western society of Islam.

It is a good read. At SlantRight I will try to find definitions for difficult to understand terms in parentheses. This “Grand Strategy” could infect Western and/or American life via BHO’s agenda.

Obama's Grand Strategy - Part 1

Fareed Zakaria, managing editor of Newsweek, released an article entitled Wanted: A New Grand Strategy in the December 8th, 2008 edition in which he posited that a unique yet fleeting opportunity existed for the United States "to push forward a vision that aligns its interests and ideals with those of most of the world's major powers." Zakaria's point was that without a grand strategy American leadership efforts on the international stage would be trumped by constant reactions to terrorism's exploits.

The formation of the young Obama Administration and the policies and objectives recently presented by the President on his vision for a total war on extremism via engagement, reconciliation, regionalization and diplomacy allow the average American a window into the grand strategy of our new Head of State. However, when analyzing the trappings of the scheme of statecraft developing in the new presidency, questions arise over whether Obama's grand strategy focuses on confronting Al Qaeda-styled extremists or if it gears the United States of America to eventually accept the legitimacy of Shariah Law (Explained). Indeed, while both of George W. Bush's terms were absorbed in defeating the Terror originating from the Muslim World, the Grand Strategy of Barack Hussein Obama is set on creating a perception of humble dhimmitude in the name of a warped understanding of stability.

The Fiscal Stability Board proposed at the April 2009 G-20 summit by President Obama is designed to establish an international regulatory framework for businesses which will be deemed as too important to fail - in complete denial of the reality of Capitalism and the economic sovereignty of United States businesses. While huge anti-trust ethical issues are raised by the creation of monopolies by law on the global stage, in reality the Fiscal Stability Board provides a dangerous gateway to the creation of the International Office of the Muhtasib (Explained) that could usher in an age of Shariah Compliant Finance (Explained).

Since the new board would focus on propping up AIG-styled businesses to allow them to weather the economic storms which would normally force the free market to provide the consumer with the best priced goods created by the most responsible businesses, the Fiscal Stability Board will, without fail, create an international insurance board which will be called an "Insurance Consortium Commission" or "Protection Syndication Community" or something to that effect. This board will force the banking and insurance businesses of the world to conform to its standards of acceptable practice. A similar regulatory struggle is occurring in the Shariah Compliant Finance world and has led to the creation of the AAOIFI (Link to Terrorist Involvement) and IFSB (Note the Founding Members) and the recent creation of the IZO (Note the IZO is under the OIC). It is very likely that these two efforts on separate tracks will merge in this new Fiscal Stability Board, finding common ground within the IMF and World Bank on issues like piracy and social responsibility and will, per the UN, pursue methods to protect international trade and provide equal opportunity access to the market to those presently disenfranchised by poverty.

The natural momentum of this legalized international mafia extortion ring will lead EU and Muslim Leaders to propose the creation of a position known as the "Ombudsman". The Ombudsman will be designed as an impartial, objective observer and policy guide, who will guarantee that "fairness" will be the prime mover of the business communities of the world. If the trends of the European Community and the UN are any indication of the ability of Western businesses and governments to reject Shariah Law's unethical basis, the Ombudsman position will be the gateway to Shariah Compliant Financial Fiscal Responsibility. The Ombudsman will be the springboard for the International stage to back Shariah Compliant Financing, Takaful (Example) Insurance, Marine Takaful (Explained), and Ijara-(Eplained)-styled medical Sukuk (Simple Explanation or Search Here). The effort will focus on the Middle Eastern, North African and South Asian region due to the baby-boom of the lands spanning from Morocco to Japan, in which 65% of 1.5 billion people are 25 years of age or younger, according to the McKinsey & Company MENASA Report of 2007.

All in all, the Fiscal Stability Board is designed to do one thing: to create stability. The Obama Grand Plan for future global trade is based on creating stability. President Obama does not want to establish democracy in the region. He does not seek to win a victory against Al Qaeda or defeat radical Islam. He does not want to stop Ahmadinejad from acquiring Nuclear Weapons. He does not want to stop the criminal activity of the Sudanese Islamic Supremacists. Obama does not want to create a two-state solution on the Israeli-Palestine sphere. Obama does not want to end Talibanism's destruction of human and women's rights. He does not seek to end the radicalism of Islamic Supremacism in any real or measurable way. Instead, President Barack Hussein Obama merely wants to shift the perception of the events into a regional framework so that a new perspective on the region and on the Muslims within it will allow the Western World to "Learn to Live With Radical Islam" as Fareed Zakaria says, so that the Medical Community of the MENASA region will begin to form through the IMF and World Bank.

Instead of a war of civilizations, Obama poses the creation of a regionalization mentality, which looks at the activity from Morocco to Japan and sees an area in which 90 to 95% is relatively free of conflict. In this manner, 5 to 10% of the lands are "Zones" which hold "opportunity for reconstruction". This truth can be seen in the Obama Administration's support for the Gaza Reconstruction plan presented by the World Bank technocrat Fayyad, who resigned his position as the Palestinian Prime Minister 5 days after sponging pledges of $4.5 billion from the international donor community at Sharm el Sheikh, a billion of which came from the pockets of American taxpayers. This truth is further demonstrated in the Afghanistan-Pakistan Plan of the Obama Administration, which is, in large part, focused on "ROZ". ROZ, or Reconstruction Opportunity Zones (AF-PAK ROZ), will be the new way forward for the American "Stability Operations" in the Af-Pak region. And, predictably, a donor conference is to take place in Japan on April 17th to shore up Pakistan's Stability in the rising rage of the Talibani war which is, unmentionably, closing in on Islamabad and the keys to a nuclear holocaust.
